Tuesday, President Maduro invited to the Venezuelan workers to march
next May 1st on a huge demonstration for the anti-imperialist victory.
“I will join to the call launched by the socialist workers, peasants and fishermen, for the huge march on May 1st”, said the President.
Bolivarian Central of Socialist Workers
On May 1st, the worker class will march to defend all the progresses reached in the Bolivarian Revolution; the announcement was launched by Franklin Rondón, vice-president of the Bolivarian Central of Socialist workers.
He called to all the workers class to strengthen the national production and to reinforce the military and civic union. “This is the time of unity, the debate; the time to plan the ideas to strengthen the workers union,” he said.
During the last 16 years on Revolution, the government has announced 28 minimum wages increase in order to protect the families ‘incomes. From 1974 to 1998, the Venezuelan families just received nine (9) wages increases.
The people will overcome the economic war
According to President Maduro, to defeat the economic war will be the victory of the Venezuelan people in 2015; to reach it, the worker union must be organized.
Maduro also said that he will announce new actions against the economic war next May 1st.
